MDB was formed in 2021 by Matt Thompson, after 38 years in construction he decided to create a building company that is focused on design, working to review buildability and sequence of works to design and construct projects that flow with ease taking away the hurdles for the site teams.

Manage Design Build is a Construction and Project Management company, we design and deliver commercial construction projects from initial design concept through to construction. 

Manage – We manage the design and construction process to deliver projects on time and within budget while achieving a quality outcome.

Design – at MDB we believe design is the most important phase in construction, we challenge the design and work hard to achieve cost effective outcomes, the success of a project in our opinion is one or lost at the design stage, we focus on getting this right and making it the most important phase in the construction process.

Build – Construction at MDB is all about planning, every stage of the build cycle is carefully planned, we don’t leave anything to chance, time is taken to plan out events daily, weekly and monthly, through this process we deliver on quality and time.
